And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (John 14:3)
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. (Rev 1:7)
1.) The second coming of Christ is the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. Acts 3:21.
It has been almost 2,000 years since the Lord had spoken about His second coming. But the world of the Lord is so true, and will come true, so we look forward to His return with great hope and expectation. The prophesies of His return are written many times in the Bible. The environment of the earth, economic conditions, political situations and moral religious issues has clearly shown the sign of the end times.
This also shows the Lord's return is at hand. For antichrist forces, it would be an awful judgment time, but it would be a time of salvation, a time of joy and a day of a great hope for Christians who look forward to the Second Coming of Christ.
Christ promised us that He will renew all things after His judgment is done.
The Bible talks about this: "...whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began." Acts 3:21
In fact, the Second Coming of Jesus is a time when all things are released from their bondage and renewed. All things will be made new.
2. The four aspects concerning the second coming of Christ:
1. individuals
2. churches
3. the Jews
4. nations
"The End Time Events and Eternal Plans of God" in the following outlines the events in the Second Coming of Christ. Based on this diagram, the readers need to grasp the whole perspective of the future events in the Bible.
